1. What is CCMS application?

CCMS (Court Case Monitoring System) is a web base application developed by National Informatics Centre, Punjab State Centre, Chandigarh.

2. What is the purpose of this website?

Purpose of this website is the monitoring of the various court cases pertaining to Punjab Government in different courts. It helps the Administrative Secretaries to monitor the Court Cases, compliance and implementation of the judgements.

3. Who can use this application?

This application can be used by the Departments, Public Sector Units, Commissions and Boards of Punjab Government.

4. I want to use this application for my Department/PSU’s/Commissions/Boards to whom should I contact?

If you are the Administrative Secretary/Chairman/Chairperson of your Department / PSU’s / Commissions / Boards then you may email to eccms[dot]punjab[at]punjab[dot]gov[dot]in. Otherwise you can contact to your Administrative Department for the credentials.

5. What is the URL of the application?

URL of the CCMS application is https://ccmspb.punjab.gov.in .

6. Whom should I contact for training?

Training has already been provided to the Master Trainer of the respective administrative departments and they will train you to use this application. You may contact to your respective administrative departments.

If your department has recently boarded the application then you may email to eccms[dot]punjab[at]punjab[dot]gov[dot]in for training.

You can also download the user manual from the application for any help required for the operation of the application.

7. I am unable to log on in the system.

Either your login or password is incorrect. Login password can be changed using Forgot Password option. If your mobile number is registered with the system then you will received OTP. Using OTP you can change your password.

If your mobile number is not registered with the system then you can contact your reporting admin user of the system.

8. Application is not loading properly in my browser.

Application is very well tested in all the browser. Best view in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. If you still face the same problem then clear your web browser's cache, cookies, and history.

9. I am not able to access the CCMS application using https://ccmspb.punjab.gov.in .

Please check your LAN Cable and Internet Connection of your system.

About Us:

Court Cases Monitoring System (CCMSPb) facilitates departments / officers to manage and monitor court cases of any type pending in different courts. It can provide latest information about any pending case of any point of time. CCMSPb helps the departments/officers to track the cases, prepare cause-list well in advance, maintain complete history of the case including follow-up action taken part from other activites. CCMSPb can generate a number of MIS reports including query based reports based on given parametric values.

CCMSPb app does not automatically capture any specific personal information from you (like name, phone number or e-mail address), that allows us to identify you individually.
If the CCMSPb app requests you to provide personal information, you will be informed for the particular purposes for which the information is gathered and adequate security measures will be taken to protect your personal information. For departments who want to use this app and see the progress of their court cases through CCMSPb will require valid credentials. Any Information is collected is used to identify the user from department to branch level.
CCMSPb generates a number of MIS reports including query based reports based on given parametric values of various departments. The personal detail of the users doesn’t share publicly and with any departments. The MIS reports can be used by the concerned departments and also collaborating with their senior officials of the department for display in government meetings.
CCMSPb does not sell or share any personally identifiable information users on this app to any third party (public/private). Any information provided on CCMSPb will be protected from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
CCMSPb gathers certain information about the User, such as username, password, state, department, tehsil, block, office, branch and Internet protocol (IP) address(auto fetch), the date and time of the user login and the pages visited, etc. CCMSPb makes no attempt to link these addresses with the identity of individuals visiting our site unless an attempt to damage CCMSPb has been detected.
